Great, loved it, missing 1 star only because when I got the car back and it had been cleaned for me which I soooo appreciate, there was dampness and made the car a big smelly.

I'm surprised that the screen wash was topped up charging me £22.42 (probably plus VAT) for the privilege. I am more than capable of topping this up myself - doesn't require services of a technician! Invoice is complicated and unclear. Hard to check

from the initial greeting to the collection of my car nothing was too much trouble.

I highlighted I needed a new bulb 24 hrs before and whilst a full service ( to include diagnostic tool I'm sure) was used I then received a recommended £165 quote to run a diagnostic to determine why one of my brake lights wasn't working! Shocking
